Wayne is the Executive Director at Carmel Terrace and has dedicated 42 years to serving residents alongside the Carmelite Sisters. He began his journey at age 16 at St. Patrick’s Manor and has been with Carmel Terrace since 2005, first as Director of Environmental Services, then as Assistant Director from 2018 to 2024. A recipient of the Flos Carmeli Award in 2018, Wayne is a lifelong Framingham resident, where he lives with his wife Cindy, whom he met at St. Patrick’s Manor. Together, they raised their daughter Emily and remain active at Carmel Terrace. Cindy volunteers with residents, and both she and Emily attend community events. Wayne and Cindy cared for his late mother Betty, a longtime nurse’s aide, and continue caring for his father, John. Known for his compassionate leadership, Wayne connects personally with residents and their families. He also serves the broader community as a member of the Framingham Rotary Club.
