Sister Margaret Edward Costello has dedicated her career to compassionate service and leadership in elder care. She holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology from St. Joseph’s College of Maine, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University, along with an AAS in Nursing from Bronx Community College. She also completed certifications in Business Administration and Administrator in Training. Licensed in New York as both a Registered Nurse and Nursing Home Administrator, Sister Margaret began her work with The Carmelite System as Assistant Director of Education at Ozanam Hall. For four years, she developed staff education programs to enhance resident care. In 1997, she became Assistant Administrator, playing a vital role in facility operations. Today, she continues to serve as Senior Vice President and Director of Clinical Services, where her leadership and clinical expertise remain essential to the mission of providing quality, compassionate care.
