Corrinne Schindler is the System Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance at with over 24 years of experience in financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit financial operations. She has been with The Carmelite System since 2019. She leads the Accounting department and oversees all aspects of financial reporting and regulatory filings, including audits and 990 tax returns, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the organization.

Corrinne played a pivotal role in securing approximately $75 million in state and federal funding during the COVID-19 pandemic—critical support that enabled Carmelite facilities to continue providing exceptional care to residents during a time of immense need.

She holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to her work, with a deep commitment to integrity, fiscal responsibility, and mission-driven leadership.
