Andrew Rossetti serves as the Vice President of Financial Operations, Budgeting, and Analysis for the Carmelite System.  Mr. Rossetti joined the Carmelite System in 2022 and has more than 18 years of healthcare experience in acute, sub-acute, and post-acute care as well as management consulting. Mr. Rossetti has leadership responsibilities over the core finance functions of financial analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, treasury, fixed assets & capital planning, financial reporting, and billing & collections. Prior to joining the Carmelite System, Mr. Rossetti held finance positions with the University of Maryland Medical System supporting their executive team and corporate entity as well as Bon Secours Mercy Health System supporting their sub-acute facilities and post-acute agencies along the east coast. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, a Master of Finance degree, and a Master of Business in Accounting degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Mr. Rossetti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate having passed all four sections of the CPA licensing exam and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
