Ana Tagle is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 12 years at Ozanam Hall Nursing Home, starting as Director of Nutrition and now serving as Assistant Administrator. Passionate about enhancing senior care, she focuses on creating a loving, dignified environment through innovative systems. Ana also champions holistic team care, promoting diversity, well-being, and safety. She played a key role in renovating memory care floors, implementing Montessori-based care principles. Ana holds a BS from Cornell and an MS from SUNY Buffalo, and completed leadership programs with the Avila Institute and the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy.
