Purpose

General Health Requirements for Visitors
Visitors must not enter the facility if they:
- Have symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath)
- Have tested positive for a contagious illness within the recommended isolation period
- Have had close contact with someone known to be contagious, unless cleared per public health guidance
Infection Prevention Measures
All visitors are required to:
- Perform hand hygiene upon entry and exit
- Follow posted signage and staff instructions
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks, when required
